Frost cake with
White Mountain Icing. Melt 1 sq. unsweetened
chocolate (1 oz) with 1/4 tsp. shortening. Using
a teaspoon, drip chocolate around top edge
and let run down over sides in uneven lines.
This recipe has the same name as . . . Allegretti Icing . . . but:
- Uses less (and only) chocolate as a glaze
