1 1/2 cups sugar
|4 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch|
|1/2 tsp. salt|
|1 1/2 cups orange juice|
|2 tbsp. lemon juice|
|3 tbsp. butter|
Variation: Use frozen concentrated orange juice diluted
according to directions on can instead of orange juice.
For a stronger flavor, dilute concentrated orange juice
using only half as much water as called for on the can.
