Parfait Chiffon Cake - Large Cake - 1948

For Small Cake, halve all ingredients and bake according to Basic Chiffon Cake.

Note: This cake is most similar to the Chocolate Chip Chiffon Cake in that it uses a portion of melted baking chocolate (instead of baking cocoa) to flavor the batter. However, it uses 33% less chocolate. Additionally, when compared to other chocolate chiffons (Cocoa, Cocoa Fluff, Fudge, and Marble), this cake uses all purpose flour instead of cake flour.
