French Orange Glaze
Beat 2 egg yolks. Stir in 2 tbsp. melted butter. Mix
well. Add 3 tbsp. orange juice, grated rind of 1
orange, then 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar. Stir
until smooth and soft enough to spread on
cake. Makes 1 cup.
