Chocolate Fluff Topping

Mix together 2 cups whipping cream, 1 cup sifted
confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, dash of salt
in a
chilled bowl. Beat mixture until stiff enough
to hold a point. Serve on wedges of cake.
Makes about 4 cups topping.

Note: This recipe is also known as Cocoa Fluff Topping.
