Browned Butter Icing (Version 2)

Brown 1/4 cup soft butter in saucepan over medium heat until delicate brown.
Blend in . . . . . . . . . . . . 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Stir in until smooth . . . . 2 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
