Blush Pink Butter Icing

Cream
together
{ 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup shortening (part butter for flavor)
Stir in . . . . . . . 2 1/2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Add additional cherry juice if icing appears too
thick. For more generous icing, double the amounts of ingredients.
